Cancellation Policy

• It is appreciated if you can give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel an appointment.  We understand that sometimes appointments need to be cancelled at short notice due to illness or unforeseen circumstances – please let us know if you cannot make it for an appointment for any reason.

• Non-availability without notifying Icon and late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee of up to 90% of the scheduled fee.

• Please consider that late cancellations increase the running costs of a small business which ultimately results in fee increases and reduced access to appointment times.
